Join Tektronix Design and Manufacturing team (D&M) as the
HSS/Optical business development driving growth in sales
through our direct-sales team in China. In this position you
will have the opportunity to drive the sales of direct-sales
products in China by giving our direct-sales team both the
ability and the motivation to sell. You will lead the creation
and execution of programs in China that drive readiness,
customer engagement, and ultimately product sales. You will
partner with Tektronix field engineers to grow our dominated
market share. You will also play a key role in influencing new
product development to match the direct-sales by effectively
communicating the unique needs of selling with product line.

Job Responsibility:
? Support territory AE critical request.
? AM/AE team training enforcement
? NPI launch planning support PL marketing requested
? HSS Lab operation management.
? Support critical marketing/sales activity /deals
? Feedback & meeting PLs for China primary market
movement/potentiality & competition status & product/
solution issues & needs monthly review & Action /PSP
review with PLs monthly

Qualifications
A. 5+ years of experience in T&M applications engineer or/
and High Speed digital design / Optical R&D engineer or/
and validation test engineer.
B. Strong communication and presentation skills, good
spoken and written communication skills in
Mandarin and English are essential.
C. Well skill in planed of broad business strategies
and concepts into structured executable projects with
measurable goals.
D. Demonstrates proven ability to design and delivery of
innovative alternate direct sales programs and high level of
results and initiative and accountability to sales results.
E. Has proven ability to influence at the sales management
level
