职位描述
Job Description：
1. Support on vendor relationship management
2. Support on vendor KPI set up and improve the KPI according the request of commercial team.
3. Adapt vendor service process to Hertz internal process to ensure the seamless service delivery.
4. Audit vendor, including service performance, vehicle maintenance record and billing report.
5. Vendor management related weekly and monthly report
6. Conduct vendor weekly and monthly meeting to ensure the service delivery
7. Support operation team on complaint investigation, design and conduct the corrective action execution.

1. 协助维护供应商关系，确保供应商按照服务标准提供服务
2. 配合制定供应商绩效，并在业务中不断完善绩效的设定
3. 配合业务中与供应商对接部分流程的制定与改善
4. 按照供应商的绩效考核，对供应商进行服务、维保、对账的审计
5. 供应商考核相关报表的日常维护，周报及月报
6. 主持和参与供应商周会月会，与供应商保持有效沟通
7. 配合公司运营团队，对供应商相关投诉进行调查，制定相关整改方案并执行
Requirements：
1. College degree or above，able to communicate with both of Mandarin and English.
2. At least 2 years work experiences at vendor management.
3. Good computer knowledge & MS Office (Word, Excel...etc.).
4. Well-organized, flexible, good data analytical and interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
5. Can work under pressure.
6. Timely problem solving skills needed.
7. Travel is necessary.
