Scope and Responsibilities

·Domain expertise – Provide thought leadership in Sales and Marketing; demonstrate understanding of the ASEAN, China markets

·Engagement delivery – Ability to conceptualize solutions and deliver engagements; need to comprehend business problems, appropriate outcomes and solution suite to enable outcomes

·Client management _ˉ Establish relationship with clients as a “trusted advisor”, who can manage relationships in global companies with strong presence in ASEAN, China

·Practice building _ˉ Analyze business issues and challenges, support the global practice to attain targets

Experience

The successful candidate will have a track record of success within the Life Sciences Practice of an established management consulting firm or will have extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry. Specifically, the candidate will have:

·Experience in engagements focused on Sales and Marketing, APAC countries: (e.g., Product launch, Portfolio management, Segment specific strategies, Forecasting, Market assessment and research)

·Experience in successfully managing client relationships in large, complex engagements

·Deep understanding of the current Life Sciences industry dynamics and trends

·At least 7-10 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in the Life Sciences space (lesser experience can be considered for Managers)

·Experience working with Technology service providers or in Technology consulting preferred

·MBA preferred, with an undergraduate degree in pharmacy / sciences
