Our client is a very famous environment industry international group, which has great reputation in the industry globally. With very long time development in Asia, the Group is looking for a Talent Management leader to contribute more to internal talent’s career development and succession planning.

This position lead organizational development efforts that include strategic planning and meeting facilitation, team building, management and individual development, career planning, management and leadership training. Actively manage the talent identification and continuity planning processes within the value center to support the identification and development of key value creating leaders and candidates for accelerated talent development. Interface with all levels of management and act as a primary resource for OD work including coaching, mentoring, performance management, leadership planning and development, management development, and team development. Work with the HR Senior Staff to plan and implement Human Resources future strategies.
To take this role, minimum 10 years of human resources experience in the areas of talent management, leadership development, training and organizational development. Bachelor or above education degree in HR or related functions. Greater China exposure with experience and knowledge of Hong Kong labour policy and talent market. Good command of English both written and spoken.
