职位描述
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand the purchasing daily work and leading the purchasing team to complete the regular purchasing task.
2. Understand the purchasing database operation flow, and understand the status of purchasing database.
3. Follow up and review procurement statements of each branch and regional, and do conversion and analysis for the report according to the company’s requirements.
4. Understand the present purchasing situation of each branch, and give a great support to them for purchasing audit and the audit results analysis.
5. Support department Manager to establish a more advanced purchasing management system and supplier management, including supplier integration schemes.
6. Other related work task which arranged by department Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. University Bachelor degree or above, major in purchasing or logistics professionals preferred.
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience, and have purchasing system database management or supplier integrating experiences is preferred.
3. Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally on job progress and other overall assignments and responsibilities.
4. Ability to foresee potential situations and provide necessary initiative to assure problems handled efficiently and expediently.
5. Able to skillfully use Excel, and familiar with ERP or other relevant purchasing system.
6. Enjoying working in a fast-paced business environment and share in the excitement of growing a global enterprise business
7. Travel, and be able to work under pressure

5. 能熟练运用Excel,了解ERP或相关采购系统。
6. 能适应快节奏的工作环境和快速增长的全球公司业务。
7. 适应出差,并能够承受一定压力。
