职位描述
1.针对确认的需求说明书编写概要设计和详细设计文档；
2.在项目经理要求的进度范围内有效完成开发任务；
3.负责系统的性能优化，以达到客户的性能要求及压力测试要求；
4.负责前台UI组、后台业务逻辑组的指导工作及相关代码最终整合工作，为最终实现的功能模块负责；
5.项目核心代码的编写及参与公司核心框架的代码编写；
6.参与Web应用系统的设计与开发；
7.前沿安全技术的跟踪、技术预研、技术攻坚。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上，计算机相关专业，英语4级以上，3年以上Java开发经验；
2.精通Java语言、对J2EE体系有深入理解，对struts/hibernate/spring/dwr经验熟悉者优先；
3.熟悉java设计模式，有较好的OOA、OOD经验，有一定UMI基础；
4.扎实的数据率理论知识，具有Oracle、Mysql数据库管理及编程经验；
5.熟练使用Tomcat、JBoss等应用服务期；
6.对高性能、大数据量、集群系统有设计分析经验优先；
7.熟悉物联网，参与过监控行业项目等方面的项目者优先；
8.具有责任感、团队精神和敬业精神；
