Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering and following-up biddings, including e-biddings.
- Supporting branches for big or customized projects: building up customized sales tools
- Maintain, review, create proposal templates in order to keep up with the changes of our business environment
- Writing English and Chinese proposals
- Follow the bidding from reception of the Request for proposal documents until the final decision from the client
- Reviewing costing from branches when requested
- Sales support to branches on specific projects (understand client's needs and help the sales in the branches to answer to the bidding)
- Support the sales leader during the whole process: update the proposal according to client's new requirements, preparation of the oral presentation PPT, meeting/site visit arrangement.
- Coordinating, under the supervision of the Sales Department Manager a Project Team including sales and operational people to answer and win the bidding
- Getting the needed information from sales and operational people from the branches and expert team for head office in order to write a customized proposal
- Create new proposal based on the requirements on the Request for Proposal documents when needed
Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent analytical & organizational skills
- Rigorous, detailed oriented, proactive, creative
- Excellent knowledge of the pack office
- Excellent writing skills in English and in Chinese
- Ability to schedule one's work on a long term basis (from 2 to 12 months)
- Ability to cope with numerous requests, especially from the branches without delaying one's prioritized tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and to cope with last minute requests.
- Ability to write sales documents in a clear and structured way.
- A positive approach to dealing with people, especially with the employees from branches.
- Team spirit
Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- College degree or above
- At least 2 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing Department, or degree in marketing or sales plus internships in Sales or Marketing
