工作职责：

l 对广告项目进行有效管理，与创意人员及销售人员保持实时沟通，确保项目按计划有序进行；

l 对各类会议纪要、信件及工作进度（WIP）进行准确地报告、记录及归档；

l 准确把握并传达客户意图，清晰完整地向客户转达公司的服务方案；

l 对创意设计进行监督与评估，并向客户提出策略性的指导使其理解如何使用和来衡量TM的工作，与客户建立良好的关系；

l 准确传达或推销创意设计，以显示公司是一家专业的媒体公司。

l 对部属进行监督和管理，保证团队成员的工作绩效和个人成长。

l 具备良好的中英文读写能力；

l 有良好的团队精神，性格开朗，乐观，善于与人沟通；

l 学习能力强，注重细节，工作努力，有良好的时间观念；

l 乐于接受挑战，喜欢尝试新事物，适应变化；

l 有良好的创新意识，熟悉市场营销策略的制定与实际操作；

l 热爱广告及媒体行业，有4年广告公司（广告、数位或媒体公司）工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities:
n Effective project management resulting in timely delivery of client projects, smooth working process throughout CRTV development & uploading, and good communication with Sales throughout the project.
n Accurately reporting, recording, and filing meeting agreements, correspondences, and work in progress.
n Evaluate whether CRTV work delivers on brief or not, and start providing strategic guidance to clients on how to use and judge TM work to build good, professional relationship with clients
n Present/ sell creative work and TM services appropriately to help present TM as a professional media company
n Manage and oversee subordinates to ensure their work quality and growth


Requirements:
n Good English and Chinese oral and written skills
n A team player with positive attitude, good communication & interpersonal skills, good time management, eager to learn and help, detail-oriented with high integrity
n Enjoys challenges and likes exposure to new things and change
n Appreciates creativity, understands importance of Sales, and basics to client-servicing with dedication to delivery high quality results
Has a passion for the advertising and media industry with 4 year plus agency working experiences (advertising, digital or media)

History
Technological Leadership
Touchmedia was founded by Chinese American entrepreneur Micky Fung in 2003, when he recognized the opportunity to reach an upscale audience, in more involving, entertaining and effective ways, using interactive touchscreens.
The screens were launched in Touchmedia’s home market, Shanghai, in May, 2007. In 2008, the company launched its system , which proved to be a major success. The company then deployed units in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

2007年5月上海，首批互动荧屏正式面世。2008年，北京开始拓展业务并及时地运用自己的互动技术，获得了巨大成功。因此得到了北京市人民政府颁发的2008社会公益媒体杰出贡献奖。同年，触动传媒的互动荧屏开始在广州和深圳地区安装，梦想开始扬帆远航。

Entertainment, Information and Advertising That Is Not Boring.
Touchmedia’s “Q” system is a touch-sensitive color LCD screen installed in the back of the taxicab headrest. Most media are 1 way. “Q” creates two way communication between advertisers and consumers by providing entertainment, information and unique interactive experiences.
Underlying this strategy is the idea that advertising can be fun, interesting and engaging for consumers, using the same types of games, quizzes, demonstrations and reference material they normally seek out for fun or information.

Community Service – A Responsibility and an Honour
We reserve a significant amount of our space for community service, charity or public oriented programmes. Our medium is uniquely effective at conveying detailed, complex messages, in involving and memorable ways. At Touchmedia we strongly believe this applies as much to charities and social programmes as it does to commercial ones.
We are proud and pleased at the success of the many programmes we have run for IKg More, , Jet Li’s One Foundation, environmental programs and over 100 more, smaller efforts.
We see this ongoing activity as both a responsibility and an honor and were delighted that our endeavors were recognized in the past by the Beijing Government’s “Media Award for Community Service.”
