bachelor's degree Major in Finance & accounting or related field.
More than 8 years Related field work experience
More than 5 years supervisor experience in manufacturing plant
Good English communication skill , Good computer skill, Good SAP skill
BASIC PURPOSE
Establish and enforce financial policies, set main goals and plans within his/her authority to assist company management in accomplishing company goals. Manage and direct the activities of the Accounting Department of both at Beijing Firestone Airsprings, LLC and its Branch Company in Tianjin.
JOB DESCRIPTION
?Establish, maintain and improve financial management procedures and policies at both Tianjin Branch company and Beijing Company and formulate annual original budget, and mid-term budget （10%）
?Handle daily issues of department, and manage, direct, train and evaluate department subordinates. (25%)
?Direct and coordinate financial check, auditing and accounting, and supervise the execution (5%)
?Present the superior with financial reports and financial plans (10%)
?Organize the company’s cost management, and conduct cost estimate, cost control, cost verification, cost analysis and assessment to achieve targeted profits (15%)
?Deal with local tax authorities at both Tianjin and Beijing locations, statistics Bureau, Industry and Commerce Bureau, Auditing Bureau to keep company business running smoothly, submit finance reports at both locations as required. (10%)
?Handle financial reports required by the controller in SBU Asia and FSIP Finance manager (20%)
?Other assignments arranged by managers including but not limited to be acting as SAP key user (5%)
