Job description 工作描述:
- Define the strategy for the affected material group together with the responsible colleagues
- 为相关材料组以及负责的同事详细说明采购策略
- Optimize the supplier portfolio and take care for costs, quality, SC-topics, know-how and so on linked with the material group
- 优化供应商投资组合并关注成本、质量、SC主题、技术要领等材料组相关项目
- Collect market info (material, supplier, prices, etc.)
- 收集市场信息（包括材料、供应商、价格等）
- Have a good understanding of the local and global supply market
- 深入了解当地和全球的供应市场
- Make contracts with suppliers
- 与供应商签订合同
- Check additional cost reduction potential in dedicated material group
- 在专项材料组中检查额外的成本降低潜力

Qualification 岗位要求
- BA or MA, majored in Engineering（mechanical or electrical）
- 本科或硕士，工科专业（机械或电子）
- More than 7 years international company working experience in purchasing
- 7年以上跨国公司的采购工作经验
- Good knowledge for plastic part, metal part and raw material (resin, steel, etc.)
- 熟悉塑料部件、金属部件和原材料（树脂、钢铁等）
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- 良好的谈判和沟通技能
- Good market understanding
- 了解市场
- English Fluent
- 英语流利
