BASIC INFORMATION
FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Team Assistant, Compliance
DIVISION: Compliance
DIRECT MANAGER: Head of Compliance, PRC
LOCATION: Qingdao
CONTRACT TERMS: 2-year dispatched contractor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in bullet points
Branch finance support ( 50%)
-Provide support on regulatory compliance, such as report submission and documentation
-Assist with various onsite and self inspections, including file retrieval and compilation, notice pickup and reports delivery.
-Assist with tax issue, including monthly tax filling, tax inspection, registration, and payment submission.
-Accounting service, such as invoice / chops/fixed assets / bank cheques/system maintenance.
-General admin, eg mailing, copy, managing archive, purchase order, bank chop process etc.
-Other support as required.
Branch compliance support (50%)
-Support to compliance internal daily operation, coordination, and documentation.
-Regulation and clearance documents database maintenance.
-Compliance Regulation Web distribution, translation, and filing.
-Others- routine administrative paper work etc. (Chopping, Tel, fax, mail etc.)
-Assist in information researching and preparing the report/material.
-Deliver documents to regulator in person per request.
-To be assigned to attend the regulator’s meeting as per urgent notice in case of absence of Compliance Manager.
-Other support as required.


SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc
-Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
-1- 2 years experience in Finance department. Banking or tax related experience would be an advantage.
-Fluent English, both in written and spoken.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/ Word/PowerPoint.
-Down to earth, independent, and able to work under pressure.
