工作目的Purpose of the Job - 在欧洲技术团队的支持下进行减震器设计Design dampers with support of the engineering team in Europe; - 与客户及供应商进行技术交流Technical exchange with the customers / suppliers - 技术文件及图纸明细的归档与管理Do and manage the technical documents and BOM system; - 工装设计Tools design; - 对采购/质量部门进行技术上的支持与沟通; Technical support and technical communication to Sourcing / Quality functions - 新产品的研发New product research and development;; - 标准化及优化产品设计Optimization and standardization of the designs - 对减震器进行有限元分析或者是流体-固体耦合分析Perform the finite element analysis or fluid-solid coupling analysis of damper.

Candidate Requirements

学历要求Educational Requirements ·本科学历及以上，机械或流体力学等相关专业毕业Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical educational or hydromechanics background

知识/工作经验要求Desired Knowledge / Experience ·三年以上转向架/减震器/液压装置设计经验Experience on bogies /dampers/ hydraulic equipment design at least 3 years, ·会使用有限元分析软件或者是流体-固体耦合分析软件（例如Ansys或者Adina）Experience on finite element analysis or fluid-solid coupling analysis software (Ansys or Adina ) ; ·会使用CATIA V5；Experience on the design software of CATIA V5; ·良好的语言沟通能力Good communication skill ·良好的英语听说读写能力Good spoken and written English.
