- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a (Senior) Quality Engineer 高级质量工程师

What are my responsibilities?

1. Ensuring the new product quality transfering to production by quality tools and system

2. Resolving the quality problem in new product introdution by leadership and quality techniques

3. Take leadership to resolve critical quality issues by quality project through Cross-Function-Team

4. Dig out, analyze and resolve process quality problem by business process management

5. Train and coach to others on quality techniques, make related quality document

6. Take as the project quality contact window in QA with R&D, PT, production and other quality colleagues

7. Make correct/strict judgement for the new product quality to avoid poor quality product shipment.

8. Support IQC and supplier on effective material quality control

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Know Six sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt prefered

2. Have the experience of new product quality engineering

3. Know ISO9001 at least

4. Good skill to raise proper problem and chair meeting

5. More than 5 years' experience of quality engineering and new product project engineering experience

6. Have experience to resolve quality problem as leader

7. Bachelor on engineering or science at least; good English skills

What else do I need to know?

1. Mission of Function: Ensure the product quality transfered from R&D to production; Continous quality improvement for product project

2. Dimensions of Function: Be charge in quality on new product introduction; lead quality improvement
