Responsibilities:
1. Be fully responsible for production line on internal quality assurance. Set up internal quality control platform and system; Benchmark in the industry to improve our product quality standards, and efficiency actions to improve product quality control capacity;
2. Know the new product R&D process, and participate the new product appraisal system, Do the new product quality control;
3. Solve the manufacturing on-site quality issue, decision making when other factors conflict with quality assurance.
4. Organize and participant various warranty issue, know the product operation issue on customer site, trouble shooting for our after sales products.
5. Provide leadership and develop strategies for supplier quality/development;
6. Hold the components level knowledge to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support to work with suppliers to improve the quality; firm following to suppliers quality improvement actions, keep the actions consistent;
7. Continually accept and learn knowledge related working scope and actively develop ability and skill to keep pace with the requirement of company business growth.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanics, mechatronics, or HVAC related
2. 10+ years' experience in air-conditioning/separated air-conditioning quality assurance, VRF product quality management experience will be prefer
3. Good understanding and experience of internal quality control plan, CTQ, quality measurements and tools
4. Good at communication and team working, influential and perseverance.
