职位描述
Position: Supply Quality Manager
Location: Guangzhou(prefer) or Wuxi
Responsibility:
Lead the supplier capability assessments as related to quality systems, process controls,
manufacturing capabilities
Lead cross-functional teams in development and deployment of consistent supplier quality
related policies, processes, and procedures
Analyze plants and regional quality performance, develop and implement action plan to
improve supplier quality performance
Benchmarking inside Johnson Controls worldwide and with Industry best practices towards
continuous improvement
Refine the quality assessment criteria/system to suppliers
Sign and final approve the vender on quality perspective
Responsible for final conclusion to venders on quality perspective during annual assessment
Coach and manage supplier quality engineers
Participate performance review of plant SQE team
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree, advanced degree (MS and/or MBA) preferred
Minimum 10 years’ experience with 5 years at supervisory level in quality field in MNCs,
Experienced with volume products
Subject Matter Expert to the related component design or manufacturing process and technology
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Familiar with PPAP & APQP&8D
Knowledge on quality system such as TS16949
Strong influence skills
HVAC experience prefered.
