职位：（Sr）Pattern Technician(技术员)

Senior:
Ensure that all patterns and grades meet the customer specifications;
Ensure that all patterns and grades are produced within the specified lead times;
Ensure all YPD estimates are available within the agreed time-frame;
Ensure all markers produced maximise the fabric yield;
Ensure all markers are produced within the agreed time-frame;
Ensure all markers are constructed to comply with customer specifications;
Ensure that accurate information is issued to the relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner;
Ensure that all equipment in the Pattern Room is maintained to the required standards;
Ensure all Pattern Room team members comply with the company’s rules and regulations;
Build a strong feeling of team work within the Pattern Room;
good written and spoken English, in addition to Vietnamese. A sense of urgency and drive are also required;
Good communication skills - both written and oral are required (English and Chinese).

Pattern technician:
Review and set out on a daily basis the work allocation for the IE engineers on assignments;
Review progress of subordinates to ensure time-frames agreed on their assignments is achieved;
Present information to the Management that is timely, accurate and clear;
Review details of all measured work to ensure method and application are correct prior to deployment;
Encourage staff to give full and comprehensive information on all Standard Minute Values issued;
Ensure the team documents all methods, standards and procedures accurately to ensure future compliance;
Accurately assess all incentive in time base;
Ensure team conduct themselves in a professional and unbiased manner in pursuit of their assignments.

Requirements:
A degree in Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years work experience in Industrial Engineering of Garment Factory as supervisor position above;
The individuals we seek will be well-organized team players who are effective communicators with a good command of English. A sense of urgency, enthusiasm and drive are also required.
