职位描述
Position goals:
Assist Marketing Manager to build IDP's brand and increase market share in assigned China region, mainly Guangdong province via execution of the marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing plans in conjunction with national business development strategy and local management ;
Identifying appropriate above-the-line and below-the-line strategies and tactics to increase the brand awareness of IDP;
Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure the execution of the promotional campaigns;
Develop and implement key marketing programs (includes promotion, exhibitions and expos, forum, seminar etc.) ;
Develop promotional materials in line with corporate branding guideline;
Analyze market trends and competitors' activities, consumer behaviors, and promotion tools and give recommendation to the result of analysis;
Initiating and developing key projects to improve students experience with IDP;
Be willing to take any assigned project by supervisor.
Key Relationships within the organization:
Marketing team: the Marketing Officer will work closely with the marketing team in implementing effective China marketing strategies, and also be key counterpart in promoting IDP brand image with counseling team.
Expected Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years working experiences in advertising, marketing, public relations or channel development;
University Graduate in marketing/management/advertising;
Very good command of English (Spoken and written), CET 6 equivalents;
Have an acute sense of the market and understand the trends and implications of the collected information. Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Have an ability to coordinate among departments to attain the business goals;
University degree obtained from institutions/university from an English spearking country is an advantage;
Experience in international education area is highly perferred.
This position is ONLY open for experiences or/and oversea returned graduates
