职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责公司来访客户的接待，电话接转，外出与出差人员登记管理工作；
2、 负责收发公司传真、信件、快递、包裹的接收、费用结算等；
3、 及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4、 负责预订火车票、飞机票，员工出差票务、酒店的查询预定及结算；
5、 负责员工日常考勤管理、统计，协助公司各部门工作和处理日常事务；
6、 协助部门主管协调行政流程及办公环境维护，做好监督和检查；
7、 负责公司办公会议记录，根据需要撰写会议纪要，协助采购办公用品、设备及管理；
8、 完成上级领导临时指派的其他工作任务及协助其他部门完成相关工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，英语六级，形象好、气质佳，身高在162cm以上；
2、性格开朗，善于沟通，具备良好服务意识,有前台工作经验优先；
3、了解行政及人事办事流程及具备相关基础知识；
4、善于学习，有志于在行政及人力资源管理方向发展；
5、电脑操作熟练，OFFICE办公系统使用2年以上。
