1. 分析工程招标需求，工程项目包含：酒店、住宅、别墅；
2. 分析产品价格组成并进行成本分析，分析供应商的报价；
3.根据工程招标信息，快速制定工程项目产品的报价方案；
4. 逐步建立并完善供应商数据库、产品数据库与价格体系。
任职资格：
1. 做事认真、仔细，逻辑思维清晰，适应高强度的工作；
2. 至有3-5年的建材和家具采购经验，具备成本分析能力；
3. 能阅读英文文件，制作英文投标文件，并处理英文函电；
4. 非常熟练的使用office办公软件，特别是对excel熟练使用。
