Financial Controller in Guangzhou factory

Reporting line: Functionally report to Regional Financial
Controller/Finance Director and administratively report to General Manager of the factory
Responsibilities
？ Develop and issue routing financial reporting including daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
？ Finalize annual statutory and IFRS audit report.
？ Prepare annual budget for the factory based on instruction from group finance department.
？ Implement the group internal control procedures and work with relevant finance staffs to ensure the compliance.
？ Develop and implement factory finance policy to ensure the operation is in line with group standard.
？ Minimize overall financing and tax cost through proper cash flow and tax planning.
？ Mentor, manage and build a strong finance team.
Requirements
？ University graduate (major in accounting, finance or related subjects).
？ Minimum 8 years of finance or accounting experience with strong focus on manufacturing operation.
Minimum 3 years in management position.
？ Holder of local recognized professional qualification and familiar with IFRS.
？ Bi-lingual fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
？ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
？ Multinational experience in global environment is preferred.
？ Big four experience is a must.
？ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; knowledge and experience of ERP system is preferred.
