职位描述
Department Description: To work with China Carrier operators to sell MSI Solutions, including Products/services/applications to China enterprise and government customers. Focusing efforts to develop Carrier operators as our channel partners to increase its market share in China for sell through and sell with wherever possible.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations: ? Responsible for carrier channel market penetration and partner recruitment in China
? Responsible for Carrier Partner program development, channel engineering and development
? Develop and maintain strong relationship at the senior levels within the Carriers and liaison with internal functional teams, especially Channel and strategic account teams
? Provide guidance to channel leaders to determine long term carrier channel/distribution strategies
? Ensure all legal and business regulations are adhered in regards to carrier channels/distribution
Specific Knowledge/Skills: ? Strong understanding of the Carrier business and good relationship with key Carriers in China
? Proven ability to build and develop relationship with strategic distribution and channel/operator partners in China
? Ability to handle, negotiate and close deals with channel/ operator partners
? Ability to productize products with channel/ operator partners
? Ability to handle complex solution sales
? Ability to engage, communicate & negotiate with senior level executives
? Able to create demand generation and channel marketing strategies for carrier business
? Comprehensive knowledge of direct and indirect go-to-market strategies
