职位描述
数据库管理高级工程师/Sr. DBA—有Oracle/DB2数据库管理经验优先
工作职责：
1. 负责业务平台数据库开发、升级、调优和中间件维护；
2. 负责数据库相关的辅助程序开发，负责数据库开发项目的规划、执行和管理；
3. 处理数据库/中间相关的数据备份及恢复需求，处理数据库/中间件系统的数据整理，数据状态信息及其他相关的问题，以保证系统的稳定和性能满足业务的需求；
4. 负责数据库的监控、管理与维护, 制定数据库监控策略,备份和恢复策略,容灾策略；
5. 负责数据库的性能优化，探查系统潜在的问题和可能的性能瓶颈，并进行优化；
6. 负责数据备份与恢复管理，负责数据库系统异常问题处理，协助异常业务事件处理；
7. 根据数据需求，提供数据查询和相关数据统计，以及报表开发的服务；
8. 对开发工程师的SQL语句进行审核，SQL优化，配合研发制定数据库技术方案，分库分表策略，数据迁移方案；
9. 研究数据库架构和开展数据库优化，提高系统的稳定性和健壮性，为其它部门提供数据库专业技术支持。
职位要求：
1. 最少3年以上Oracle及IBM软件产品（数据库/中间件）技术支持工作经验；
2. 具有丰富的Oracle及IBM数据库及中间件（如：Weblogic, WAS, MQ）运维经验；
3. 具备Oracle OCP的认证,IBM的IBM Certified Database Administrator / IBM Certified Websphere Administrator认证；Microsoft 的MCSA（SQL Server 2008）认证者优先；
4. 具备一定的系统操作经验（包括Unix、Linux、Windows）能够胜任数据库/中间件的安装、配置、备份、恢复等工作；
5. 有良好的英文阅读能力，能够熟练阅读理解相关英文技术资料。
