项目采购经理/Project Procurement Manager—有外企经验优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and control department budgets, setup the department KPIs in alignment with the company target and cascade it to subordinates;

2. Develop and implement tactical procurement working procedures, policies and instructions, policies;

3. Manage material planning to meet production requirements, and support the production needs based on quick response principles;

4. Review the purchase requisitions and orders for assembly components and material from domestic and oversea vendors as identified and certified by Sourcing, monitor the execution to meet OTD targets;

5. Manage the buying process for indirect material and items, including vendors’ selection, PO releasing, evaluation and follow-up;

6. Perform analysis of special monthly expenditures to assure validity and proper internal controls;

7. Monitor the inventory level based the sales forecast and safety stock level to ensure present and future material availability and keep the reasonable inventory turns;

8. Participate in the vendors development activities for NPI & NPD projects;

9. Resolve the quality claims against suppliers coordinating with Sourcing team and Quality Team;

10. Lead the team to execute the vendors performance evaluation of cost, delivery and quality and build up strategic relationship with key suppliers coordination with Sourcing team and SQD Team;

11. Execute and supervise the use of material management module in ERP system and solve the system problems with assistance from IT;

12. Be responsible for Procurement Dept. personnel recruitment, training & development, performance management with cooperation and support from HR team.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or management;

2. At least 8 years working experience with 3 years in purchasing manager position;

3. Able to lead and work well in a team environment, to establish effective alliances with suppliers and internal customers;

4. Solid practical knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality improvement programs, Supply Chain Management, ISO/ERP concepts and practice;

5. Skills of supplier negotiations, project management;

6. Influencing leadership skills, can work well in a matrix system;

7. Respect the company value of open mind, team spirit and fair play;

8.？Good command of English and PC skills.
