岗位职责：

1. 负责其领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2. 负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3. 协调不同部门适时确定生产规格的资讯，当中包括样办、稿图、规格、测试结果和色办等；
4. 跟业务员和生产工程师沟通，协助维持产品规格资讯的完整和一致性，以使生产顺利进行；
5. 为不同客户提供全球化的产品开发建议，同时保证开发时间与价格的合理化；
6. 与销售部门召开月度会议以制定不同阶段的产品发展方向和开发/报价政策
7. 负责生产计划的排单和追踪，处理客户订单和客户投诉。

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上服装/面料/纺织/皮革跟单的工作经验，熟悉生产工艺流程，能控制质量；
2. 大学本科专修商业学、营运管理或服装有关专业优先；
3. 具有较强的管理领导能力、责任心及抗压能力，沟通能力强、懂得商业谈判，有亲和力和团队协作精神；
4. 英文听说读写熟练 ，需与国外客户流利沟通。
