Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform financial analysis of order/sales/margin for two major product lines, provide real-time update on deal level sales/margin estimate, review estimated product price with pricing manager
2. Support product pricing with margin calculation and risk/opportunity evaluation
3. Facilitate local/global reviews, prepare review package with product level pricing summary, closely communicate with global finance/product/marketing team
4. Participate in monthly Pricing Council, analyze price erosion on product level with pricing manager
5. Provide quarterly financial results, project Operating Plans for subsequent year, and Session II planning for 5-year outlook
6. Assist modality managers by providing financial analysis during decision-making process
7. Implement base cost control by analyzing results and providing advises for modalities

Qualifications:

1. Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
2. Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
3. Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
