职位描述

注塑工艺高级主管/Sr. Process Supervisor—Injection Molding

Job Responsibilities:

1. Checking and debugging mold to be received;

2. Ensure molding machines accessories are in good working condition;

3. Improve and re-design current tools to improve process capability;

4. Compiling SOP, TPD, Layout;

5. Process trouble shooting, provide and ensure molding machines accessories are in good working condition;

6. Improve and re-design current tools to improve process capability;

7. In charge of process control documentation;

8. Follow engineering issues per TS16949/ ISO9000 requirements;

9. Setup new process and qualification new process;

10. Continuously improving the process to reduce cycle time and scrap, and improve quality.

Job Requirements:

1. B.S Degree, Majored in Mechanical/ Mould;

2. Relevant work experiences in injection or manufacture area at least 3 years;

3. Be familiar with Industry Engineer knowledge in plastic molding industry;

4. Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills;

5. Highly self-motivated and always take initiatives towards improvement;

6. Strong problem solving skills;

7. Good command of English and Mandarin.
