职位描述
思科Cisco认证高级网络工程师/Sr. Network Engineer
工作职责：
1. 负责全国业务广域网络、数据中心的运维工作，保障业务高效稳定运行，负责全国网络系统优化升级；
2. 对网络结构和网络资源进行合理地规划与设计、方案调研及测试、配置审核、项目实施；
3. 持续不断地网络调整与优化向客户提供高品质的网络服务与技术支持；
4. 根据运维护的流程规范要求, 及时、准确的完成各项运维护工作，负责公司全项目核心与汇聚机房的改造与升级工作；
5. 通过对Netcool、Cacti、Syslog等自动告警等网管软件的使用和观察实现对网络品质的实时监控；
6. 对相关部门提供必要的网络技术支持和指导；
7. 负责包含但不限于根据IT相关流程、制度管理所负责的IT系统各个生命周期相关事项，对新上线系统、系统变更、系统应急演练方案，进行系统安全评估及整改工作；
8. 定期对所负责系统的管理情况、运维状况进行定期内部安全自查，对网络管理相关的信息安全结果负责；
9. 拟定、发起、配合或参与网络变更、网络定期应急演练方案；
10. 排除网络故障或相关生产问题，保障网络安全稳定运行。
职位要求：
1. 计算机、通信相关专业本科以上学历；五年以上网络规划、网络安全、服务器、路由、交换专业知识和管理经验；
2. 三年以上大中型分布式企业VPN内网搭建和管理经验；熟悉主流VPN路由器的性能；
3. 熟练掌握主流路由器、防火墙、交换机的安装、配置、维护及优化；
4. 熟练掌握主流网络监控、网络防攻击、杀毒软件的功能、性能，成功实施过网络监控、防攻击、杀毒方案；
5. 熟悉网络与网络安全的原理与规划，熟悉网络相关技术理论，能熟练使用路由器、交换机和防火墙等常用网络设备；
6. 通过cicso、H3C、华为等专业认证，获得CCNP以上或同类别的证书（CCIE优先）；
7. 英语听说读写能力良好。
