Sr. Finance Supervisor-AP/高级财务主管-应付账款(有外企经验优先)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for reviewing Client Contracts to ensure accurately reported in the accounts.
2. Responsible for reviewing Subcontractor Contracts to ensure accurately reported in the accounts.
3. Responsible for Statistical Reporting.
4. Responsible for all subsidies and grants compilation.
5. Responsible for monthly AP closing.
6. Optimum use of funds to maximise interest.
7. Communicate with the supply chain/vendor to obtain information needed to expedite the payment of vendor invoices.
8. Perform balance sheet account reconciliation for AP related account and pending issue follow-up.
9. Check expense reports in accordance with company policy and maintain the expense reports schedule.
10. Other business assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
2. At least 3 years experience in finance/AP areas would be preferable.
3. Knowledge on the accounting control and General Ledger functions.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player.
5. Excellent command of oral and written English.
