Requirements:

1. At least five-year tax experience with big accounting/tax firms/MNC or Government Tax Administration;
2. Above bachelor degree majoring in Tax, legal and Accounting preferably holding CPA or be Certified Tax Agent;
3. Have a good business understanding in Tax and customs laws, government tax policies, taxation procedures, government economic policies and programs;
4. Familiar with latest Chinese tax regulations and double taxation treaties;
5. Excellent communication skills, natural affinity and perseverance;
6. Good command of ordinary computer software;
7. Good command of English & Chinese.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the tax compliance of all business units in China, including conducting internal tax review;
2. Review tax budget of all business units in China and monitor its implementation;
3. Tutor China business units to setup/update tax SOPs to ensure continuity, consistence and effectiveness of the tax practice;
4. Answer tax enquiries from the management and staff. Update them with the latest tax regulations and potential impacts on the company, and take actions necessary;
5. Organize tax training/workshop for staff;
6. Examine existing and potential tax positions of the Group's present operations in China to develop effective tax planning proposals to minimize the Group's tax exposure;
7. Lead/participate in tax negotiations involving the Group and business group/project/operations.
