亚太区财务总监/AP Finance Controller—全球知名跨国企业

Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall in-charge for all Finance responsibilities within Greater China Region & Southeast Asia Manufacturing & Supply Chain Organization;
2. Accountable for the accounting/finance operations, business and financial planning, financial control and management reporting, working capital management, operational liaison, forecasts and budgets with subsidiaries;
3. Develop and implement the finance system, finance policies and procedures according to the business/ operation needs and along with the corporate guideline and policies. Ensure that proper accounting policies and procedures are in place and are meeting local and international standards;
4. Manage and control the accounting, finance, cash flow and reporting of the Company in Asia region and support the business development in the region;
5. Ensure that the financial information is prepared with consistently high standard;
6. Manage the financial performance of each company to help and ensure the agreed targets are met and variances are quantified;
7. Act as a business partner for the top management and to provide sound financial advice on decision making for every business transaction;
8. Establish clear systems of monitoring and managing the risks confronting each company;
9. Accounting, Financial Systems and Financial Controls:
1) Responsible for the delivery of costs effective and efficient accounting and financial systems;
2) Accounting policies and processes meet the current and future business requirements of Asia region and to comply with all policies and procedures of the Group;
3) Oversee External Audit;
4) Ensure the Asia region is in compliance with all policies and relevant regulations and ensure filings are completed in a timely manner;
5) Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output.
10. Management Reporting:
1) Responsible for Financial Management Reporting for the Company;
2) Ensure financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business;
3) Develop and prepare a monthly Management Reporting Package;
4) Present monthly and year-to-date financials with accompanying analysis of results;
5) Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.
11. Cash and Risk Management:
1) Ensure appropriate legal review of contracts and solicit external legal advice as required. Review financials of preferred vendors;
2) Oversee the Cash Management function, including banking relationships;
3) Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long term cash forecast;
4) Manage regional banking relationships for maximum efficiency.
12. Budgeting and Financial Modeling:
1) Lead the annual business plan development and budgeting process;
2) Lead the quarterly forecast process;
3) Lead the financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long term strategic initiatives and business plans.
13. Leadership:
1) Develop Finance and Accounting team goals that are fully aligned with the Company goals;
2) Lead and coach the team to recruit and retain high caliber staff;
3) Provide coaching, guidance and support, set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the Performance Management process;
4) Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals.
14. Project Management and Control:
1) Experience with strategy development and implementation;
2) Ability to lead expansion and business development projects through to an end point;
3) Understanding and experience with re-engineering processes and change management;
4) Strong business acumen.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent, qualified Finance professional (CPA, ACCA) is a must;
2. At least 10 years of accounting experiences serving in multinational organization, experience to work in PRC and manufacturing environment is preferable;
3. Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
4. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints;
5. Knowledge of Financial and ERP systems, proficient in Microsoft Office software
6. Strategic thinking and planning skills; Relationship building and rapport skills;
7. Very good negotiation skills;
8. Team player with ability to build effective teams, coach and develop others;
9. Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English.
