Manager / Associate Manager, Retailer Service Unit

LOCATION

Guangzhou

THE POSITION

As a Manager / Associate Manager in Retailer Service Unit, you will be responsible for maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service / sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects / specific retail customer.

Responsibilities

- Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management

- Serve as primary contact to client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.

- Assist in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards

- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

Qualifications

- 5 yrs experiences in trade marketing/category management/FMCG KA management / retail research of consumer products are more desirable

- Good business sense of retail industry with proven success in dealing with or working in top tier retailers

- Strong presentation skill (in English)

- Good interpersonal and communication skill

- Good data sense, analytical mindset

- Can work under high pressure

Education Qualifications

- BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
