Assistant, Retail Measurement Services

Guangzhou

THE POSITION

As an Assistant in Retail Measurement Services, you will be responsible of supporting the whole RMS client service team throughout the whole business process (invoice management, contract management, business meeting arrangement, regular service inquiries from global, etc) and daily admin work (printing, copying, internal training and team activity organization, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

- Responsible, detail minded, be patient enough in routine work

- Effective and efficient in communication and execution

- Good English, both in verbal and written

- Sufficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications

- Passionate, out-going personality
