Key tasks：

• New product (project) development with creative concept & differentiation & competitiveness
• Existing product optimization, such as quality, packaging, cost etc
• Provide internal (sales, marketing, production…etc) & external (customer) technical support, such as ingredients knowledge training, product knowledge & application training, new product processing training…etc
• Technical document (Hardcopy and E-version) preparation & management in compliance with specified format & procedure, such as referred national regulation / standard, raw materials, formula, processing & related parameter, testing report, trial production report, QC test method, label information, ingredient cost, supplier information etc
• Ensure confidentiality on all technical related information
• Cooperate with Headquarter & regional R&D to transfer Puratos innovation for local application or renovation.
• Work interdependently with relevant department like marketing, sales to push project moving forwards in compliance with confirmed time frame with expect result
• Monthly market survey is necessary

Requirements:

• Must be with flour science or engineering education background, with bakery (bread/cake)related working experience will be preferred
• Bachelor degree is necessary, master degree or above will be welcome
• Be with creative, market & customer orientation mindset
• Team player, with proactive attitude to serve and support
• Be with fundamental skills for specialty fat product development
• Be familiar with the processing & application of specialty fat products
• Has good English skill, writing & speaking
• Has good computer skill, like windows related software
• Has good communication & presentation skill
