Key Tasks:

• Flavor profiling:

1. Flavor trend analysis and study of local market preference
2. Flavor selection for product development
3. Manage the in stock flavor items optimization in collaboration with purchase department and R&D department
4. Build knowledge in legal affairs about flavors (better using of flavors and international advice)
5. Flavor database building & sample management

• Sensorial activities:

1. Work with MKT and R&D on sensory testing, focus group, consumer panel for product upgrading and innovation
2. Cooperate with Belgian Headquarter & Asia region to transfer Puratos innovation for local application or renovation
3. Provide internal (sales, marketing, production…etc) & external (customer) technical support, like training, profiling, analysis etc
4. Sensory expert team / panel building & training & development

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is necessary, master degree or above will be welcome
• Be with creative, market & customer orientation mindset
• Team player, with proactive attitude to serve and support
• Be with fundamental skills for flavors identification
• Be familiar with flavor related knowledge like raw materials, processing, basic formulation, suppliers, local legislation etc
• Sensory evaluation & marketing background will be preferred
• Has good English skill, writing & speaking
• Has good computer skill, like windows related software
• Has good communication & presentation skill
