国际货代亚太区培训及组织发展经理 ASPAC Operations Training & Organization Manager


In charge of the optimization of the organization and the operational processes and of the internal business training.

Position based in Asia (SHA or HKG), Chinese and English fluent, confirmed experience (12 to 15 years) of operations in China, good overall training.


Main duties:

* Operational processes : analysis and improvement
- Formalize the operational processes (documentation and booklets), insure their updating and permanent improvement.
- Collect and understand the expectations of the operationals regarding the professional processes and the IT tools.
- Organize the sharing of good operational practices.
- Support the implementation of new projects/processes.
- Conduct operational auditing and insure the follow-up.
- Implement and follow up a reporting tool for the performance of operational processes.
* Business training
- Create and lead training workshops.
- Evaluate and quantify the needs for training.
- Participate in the construction, promotion and sometimes drive Aeolus training sessions.
- In a second phase, insure the training in professional tools such as Aeolus, customs software…
- Contribute to the « Business Integration » of newcomers.
* Operational organization : support change and mesure performance.
- Prioritize projects, formalize, manage and follow up the action plans.
- Suggest any improving action for the operational organization.
- Support the operationals during the implementation of new projects/processes impacting the organization.
* Close partnership with other members of the OTO team, and also with the other cross departments (Quality, IT/IS, Finance… )
