职位描述
SUMMARY:
To promote and foster the sales of all Metrix products and services in assigned territory, key account or industry. To strengthen relationships with current accounts and develop new accounts and distribution channels. To reach target goals as presented at the beginning of each fiscal year.
ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES:
Carry out sales activities (face-to-face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established individual business plan. Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow target market in assigned territory
Develop and manage a representative network.
? Review blueprints, plans and other customer documents to develop, prepare, and present Metrix products and technology.
? Demonstrate Metrix products and technology in an application specific manner using dedicated simulation tools.
? Participate in turbo machinery /compressor and trade shows to increase visibility of Metrix products and technology, and to position Metrix as a market leader in Vibration Monitoring.
? Complete and submit expense reports, forecasts, and sales reports as required and in a timely manner.
? Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
? Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
? Must be eligible and able to obtain work visa or work permit in country/site of field assignment(s). Valid international driver’s license preferred.
Education & Experience:
? (PR China) B.S. or university program certificate;
? Five to eight years sales experience of compressor, automation equipment, PLC or DCS background in different industries (metallurgy or oil & gas is preferred). Process or technical knowledge in rotating equipment, Oil & Gas process, and/or instrumentation and controls required. Ability to handle essential functions at any global customer location.
Knowledge & Skills:
? Ability to efficiently use MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Must be highly motivated and energetic.
? Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Requires fluency in Mandarin, both verbal and written. Good English communication capability.
