?？ ？ ？ ？ Act as chairman of the management team
?？ ？ ？ ？ Provide the factory with relevant information
?？ ？ ？ ？ Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities, such as LSS, 5S etc

Requirement
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
Leadership and management skills
5+ years of experience from managerial position within a production/manufacturing company with similar process of Decanter product.
Experience from change management, project management and Six Sigma
Financial competence
