Job Duties:
· Manage and Lead Product Life Cycle Management projects for China such as new formulations, label and formulation extensions, re-registration projects;
· Support the China PPM Lead and Global Project Management Team (both in APAC and Global) on Seeds projects;
· Support and provide input to China project activities in China;
· Ensure projects are alignment with crop and asset business strategies;
· Ensure transparency and visibility for local resourcing of all Projects in China;
· Work closely with China PPM Lead and the APAC (Global) Project Portfolio · · Management Team to ensure adoption and implementation of R&D governance process - implement project management standards, processes and tools, ensuring they are utilized and consistent with R&D Portfolio Unit standards.

Requirements:
· The position requires a minimum of a Master Degree (and / or equivalent experience) with demonstrated project management experience.
· Ability to analyze complex projects (risk, cost/benefit, quantitative and strategic fit)
· Three to five years experiences at a middle management level in the Agriculture industry, with good experience in project management, preferably in a Product Development or R&D structure with long-term projects and a complex matrix organization.
· Extensive hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project and PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, both in Chinese and English
· Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment
