Accountabilities

- Manage 3PL in transportation management, improve transportation service, manage HSE and control risk
- Review 3PL performance monthly and help 3PL to continuously improve their services
- Work out yearly transportation budget and review the cost every month
- Maintain transportation information in SAP, bar-coding system and other systems are updated timely and correctly
- Analysize transportation expenses and control within budget
- Prepare monthly accrual and payment for transportation charges, clear payment timely
- Prepare claim from 3PL monthly if there is shortage or damaged goods caused by 3PL
- Submit KPI & cost analysing report on a monthly basis
- Use SAP IM&SD model
- Communicate with inner & external partner, plant protective station
- Re-set up SOP if there is a chance to optimize the process
- Participate in logistics projects
- Manage seeds transportation, and handle delivery order
- Cooperate with sales, planning, warehouse keeper and staff of public institution
- 2014 Bidding data analysing and preparing

Job Requirement

- At least 2-3 year experience of working or managing 3rd party logistics
- Logistics background
- SAP IM&SD model/foundation
- Transportation management, DG transportation is preferred
- 3PL management
- Good interpersonal development skills
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Effective logistics partner management skills
- Good at reading & speaking in English
- Good analyse ability, can use Excel well
- Display self-confidence and conviction, can check progress and confront problems directly
