主要工作职责：
1、订单管理（所有订单整理，归档和保存）
2、回单及工程项目完工单管理（所有回单整理，归档和订单合同匹配并保存至项目完工）
3、发票管理（负责所有发票的扫描及寄送工作，并和客户沟通索取回执）
4、每月提供回单返回报表催促工程部，运输部快速返回回单
5、每月提供可开票（合同，订单，回单，客户验收单，项目完工单等所有单据齐全）的报表给对应销售，催促销售开票
