职位描述
Job Duties:
l To identify potential high value customers with large deposits, evaluate customer's need & cross-sell other product, such as Home loan (HML) & Capital Protected Investment (CPI)
l To support Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) in delivering high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish good relationship with existing and walk-in customers
l To maintain service enhancement by assisting PRM in cultivating the Sales &Service culture, in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers' satisfaction
l To support PRM in implementing Sales &Service plan for the department. Ensures the targets set under Sales & Service programmes are met
l To contribute to staff training and development
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above
l About 3 years' related working experience
l Broad knowledge of full range of Bank's Personal Financial Service (PFS) banking products and services
l Mature and with commercial orientation
l Good spoken and written English
l Good interpersonal and communication skills
l Independent, sociable and able to work under pressure
l Good team player
l Well organized
