Job Description:
1、Ensure next generation production processes are aligned to lean vision (One-piece flow, Thoughput time = Value added time, Ergonomics);
2、Compiling standards for production lines to support the requirements of new product technologies;
3、Continuously improving existing production line standards to support production requirements;
4、Definition and validation of requirements for new production lines using statistical methods;
5、Actively participating in projects related to development of new product technologies with main focus on requirements for any new production lines requirements.
Skills Needed:
1、Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or significant professional experience in a comparable position;
2、Lean Manufacturing;
3、Six Sigma tools;
4、High analytical skills and reliability;
5、High accuracy in work output and its documentation。

China keeps the same high standards of management organization, production techniques, and quality control as in the other W.E.T. plants worldwide, and is in fact QS9000 and TS 16949 certified. W.E.T. China products are exported to Europe, Japan, and North America.
Our group of companies has repeatedly received awards for reliable, error-free delivery from its major customers for many years. We are the global market leaders in automobile seat heating systems, with a market share of over 50%.
