职位描述
1. Responsibility（主要职责）
* Responsible for the enforcement and implementation of the safety, health and environmental policies as well as procedures stipulated by the organization and local government. Assists in establishing of the HSE management system. Improves the safety management level and eliminates on-site hazards. Helps to establish an HSE culture that promotes safety and legal compliance at all levels of the company.
* Compile safety policies and procedures, assists to establish and develop the environmental safety and health management system.
* Learns, understands and implements the prescribed HSE policies, procedures and standards of the organization and local government.
* Define the methods or models used in the studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health, coordinates the execution and prepares reports.
* Oversee investigation of accidents and injuries, to minimize recurrence, and the environment tests with regard to air, water, noise, etc
* To train all employees about safety policies, laws, regulations and practices.
* To inspect safety equipment, to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure the compliance with pertinent safety rules and regulations. Recommends changes in policies and procedures to prevent accidents and illnesses.
* To prepare reports with regard to environmental safety and health.
* To coordinates the required certification audit and annual inspection made by relevant local government regulatory agencies and external auditors
* Confers with government, community, industrial, civil defense, and private organizations to interpret and promote environmental safety and health programs.
* Maintain related HSE files and records.
* Creates and trains all employees on the emergency action plan. Ensures regular practice of evacuation plan is done.
* Enforce the employee‘s use of prescribed safety equipment.
* Leads the hazard assessment related with the company's property, employees or servise providers, to perform the regular HSE audits.
* Provides HSE training and emergency action plan.
* Ensure the work safety standardization system is running smoothly.
* Increase HSE awareness of all staff and make programs to develop the HSE culture.
* Ensure legal compliance by company and contractors in all areas of HSE at all times.
2. Skills Needed(任职要求)
* 3 years experience HSE management in health, safety and environment;
Strong sense of responsibility for all kind of tasks;
* Good time management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks and able to perform HSE detailed tasks.
* Microsoft Office, Intermediate English language skill and mandarin communication.
