Products used in production of Shanghai Ethypharm.

根据程序和有关资料为上海爱的发生产的产品做原料，半成品和成品的化学和生物分析。

1. Ensure the preparation of test samples in compliance with the procedures

确保测试样品的制备符合规程

a) Preparation of diverse weights, solutions, dilutions……

不同称重、溶液、稀释……的制备

b) Calculate (content, dissolutions…) and record results

进行计算（含量、溶出……）并记录结果

c) Check conformity of results in comparison with specifications

复核结果是否与规格要求一致

d) In the event of non conformity, report to supervisor and perform OOS investigation

发现不符合规格，应立即向主管报告并进行超规调查

2. Maintenance of equipment

仪器的维护保养

a) Ensure repairs and maintenance within the limit of competence, otherwise call on the Maintenance Department

确保在职能限度内维修和保养设备，否则通知工程部

b) Maintain data record sheets of equipment intervention and filing

及时登记仪器维修保养记录并归档

c) Calibration instruments and keep clean working area to meet the request of GMP

仪器的日常校验和工作区域的维护，使其符合GMP要求。

3. To do the analysis quick correct and careful.

分析实验准确，快速，细致；

a) Familiar with the test result, prevent a harmful influence on test

熟悉实验结果，避免不良影响因素。

b) Familiar with the operation of analytical instruments and other apparatus (i.e. HPLC, UV, IR, mold incubator, autoclave, etc.)

分析仪器的操作（高压液相，分光计，红外光谱仪，霉菌培养箱，消毒锅 等）。

c) Handle with poisonous, inflammable, explode, perishables chemical products.

有毒，易燃，易爆，易腐物品的使用，符合环保要求。

d) Inoculating, incubating and sterilizing the harmful bacterium.

有害菌种的接种、培养与杀灭
