职位描述
The Factory Plastics Engineer supports pastics manufacture at AVAYA's plastics suppliers. Responsibilites include qualification of mold tools, support of design modification, support for plastics sub-assembly manufacturing, capacity planning, and plastics tooling asset management.
1. Drive the new mold qualification process at the plastics suppliers, including with mold trial and modification, FAI, CPK analysis, and sample qualification
2. Support new material and material supplier qualification
3. Work with supplier to maintain ongoing plastics supply continuity through process improvement tooling maintence
4. Mold and related asset management
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Material Physics with significant coursework in Plastics
2. At least 3 years related experience in plastics design or manufacturing
3. Familiar with Mold process and qualification, plastics processing quality control
4.Familar with mechanical CAD drawing review and Mold 3D drawing review.
5.Fluent in spoken and written English
