技术经理 Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities :

1.To manage, plan and monitor the execution of maintenance / alteration / renovation projects

2.To coordinate, liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

3.To monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements

4.To provide technical advices on the improvement and maintenance need of the properties

5.Responsible for contract administration, quality assurance, technical matters, etc.

Job Requirements :

Experience:

10 years above working experience in property management and at least 6 years management experience in relevant position.

Education/Training:

Bachelor degree or above

Language:

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Key Competency:

1.Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized

2.Able to work under pressure

岗位职责：

1.管理，计划以及监督相关翻新维护工程

2.与租户、顾问公司与承包商保持沟通与协调

3.按照相关合同条款以及法律法规，监督工程进展以及工程现场安全管理

4.对于物业的日常维修与保养给出专业意见

5.负责合同管理，品质管理以及技术问题等工作

任职资格

工作经验:

十年以上物业行业工作经验，六年以上物业管理岗位工作经验

教育/培训：

本科及以上学历

语言

良好的中文、英语口语及书写表达能力

关键素质：

1.具备有条理性，分析能力，自我激励以及独立完成工作的能力

2.能在压力下完成工作
