Job Description for Assistant Position

1. Ensure periodical reporting to the N+1 on daily/weekly basis

2. Support the N+1 in his daily work.

3. Attend the meeting with the N+1 when required and make related meeting memo.

4. Accompany the N+1 to company's different events when necessary (order taking, fashion show, etc).

5. Ensure the effective communication between the other managers and managers' assistants.

6. Attend meetings organized with outside Parties and write related meetings memo.

7. Other ad hoc tasks at the request of the N+1.

8. Other coordination works when necessary.

Requirements

1. Above university education, at least 5-year working experience in related jobs.

2. Excellent English in both oral and written communication. French will be a plus (not compulsory).

3. Proficient in MS Office. Strong skills in EXCEL is especially required.

4. Interest in and good understanding of numbers.

5. Able to work within a collaborative environment with good understanding and analytical capabilities.

6. Conscientious, detail-oriented, logical and discreet are the desired qualities.

7. Motivation and initiatives are the pre-requisites for the job.

8. Willing to work OT or business trips when necessary.
