Job Description:
1.Strategic Planning
-Support strategic planning in general and specifically develop strategies for Operation Department in cooperation with Operation Manager.
-Support implementation of strategies in general and lead the implementation of strategies within Technical Department.
2.Ongoing business
-Ensure whole engineering and maintenance activities working in order and with efficiency.
-Undertake special assignments related to business opportunities assigned by Operation Manager.
3.General tasks
-Plan, prioritise, schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned maintenance programmes, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimise business disruption.
-Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards.
-Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.
-Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external contractors (for example builders, electricians) to minimise costs and ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
-Liaise with functional or operational area managers throughout the organisation (for example in production; or branch, store, facility, or plant mangers) to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with their operations.
-Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for repair projects; prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates.
-Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time.
Job Requirement:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
-Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
-Working experience in food and beverage or manufacture company.
-Preferable experience from an international environment.
