Role & Responsibilities
- Overall Management of the daily administration including office supplies, car pool service, shuttle bus service, meeting room arrangement, property management, etc.
- Annual administration budget plan and implementation.
- Responsible for application or renewal of business license, annual audit and other legal registration of the entity.
- Development of the on-line administrative system, refining the processes and the generating policies to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
- Manager and lead the admin team to ensure the smooth operation and high-class service. Assessment of the performance of the team members and development of their skills.
- Initiate and implement company security policies to ensure the security of company property and employees.
- Organize activities and events such as annual party, outing, sports club and meetings, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
- College degree or above.
- Over 6 years' experience in administration management with minimum 2 years' team leader experience, experience with a global company is preferred.
- Experience in remote office management is a plus.

- Good in English and Mandarin, oral and written.
- Professional level in MS Office.
- High integrity, good customer services attitude; initiative, detail-oriented and patient.
