You will be:

· Developing Business Plans

· Forecasting sales

· Implementing plans to close profitable business for Mentor Graphics and achieve specific financial goals

· Communicating effectively within and outside of Mentor Graphics the status of the various programs you are engaged in;

· Managing and coordinating the business relationships between your customer, the Mentor Graphics Global Account team and Mentor Graphics product marketing and other factory resources.

Moderate travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications

· Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant technical sales experience working in a high paced team sales environment, with strong communications and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of electronics design including ASIC, FPGA, Analog IC, and systems design.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; both in Chinese & English

· Demonstrated understanding of the Electronics Design Automation industry including the solutions & software packages and their target applications from Mentor Graphics, Synopsys, Cadence Design Systems, and other EDA suppliers. Emulation knowledge is preferred.

· Ability to build strong rapport and credibility with customers and a network of company-internal contacts.

· Comfortable working independently; high tolerance for ambiguity & pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

· 5 years of Technical Sales or Technical Sales support experience.

· Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

· Bachelors of Science Degree. Engineering preferred.
